Our Chicago team participated in the Illinois Green Alliance’s (IGA) Annual Race to Net Zero 5k Run/Walk Fundraiser on Saturday, July 22, 2023, in support of IGA’s initiatives to help promote green buildings and sustainable communities.
As a supporting sponsor and participant in the 5k race, Baumann Consulting’s team is working alongside IGA to make net zero buildings feasible, affordable, and so commonplace that every building in Illinois is net zero by 2050. Advocates of Illinois Green & Company teams are helping to meet the Illinois Green Auxiliary Board’s goal of raising $7,500 to support net-zero buildings education & policy in Illinois. Aside from being a sponsor, Baumann Consulting also donated $500!
Baumann’s Brianna Galvan volunteered and helped coordinate the fundraiser event.
