Preetham Mannem brings 11 years of experience in commissioning for new and existing buildings. His expertise includes LEED commissioning, DC Code commissioning, and ASHRAE standards. He is also a Member of Baumann’s Commissioning Committee. Currently, he is the Project Manager that involves in commissioning six PGCPS schools in MD.

In 2015, Preetham started his career as a Commissioning Agent and since then he has actively participated in various new construction and existing building projects. Preetham has worked on a wide variety of projects including healthcare, school districts, government, and commercial buildings. His favorite part of commissioning is conducting design reviews, submittal reviews, and functional testing of MEP systems. Preetham has great knowledge of the LEED program and LEED Certification.

Preetham has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a master’s degree in Construction Management.
