Charlotte is a Sustainability Consultant for Baumann’s Washington D.C. office. She first joined Baumann as a Sustainability Trainee and transitioned to a full-time employee in 2024. She works closely with the Sustainability team to certify green buildings. She graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Arts in Public and Urban Affairs. She spent her time studying urban planning with an emphasis on sustainable social change and is currently working towards her LEED Green Associate certification.

Prior to Baumann, Charlotte gained experience with LEED certifications by interning for the Office of Sustainability at Virginia Tech where she helped with student outreach for sustainable practices on campus, and LEED certifying campus buildings. Charlotte is originally from Germany and enjoys the multi-cultural environment Baumann encompasses.
