Kindra Lam, Sr. Commissioning & Energy Engineer

Kindra Lam re-joined the Baumann team as a Senior Commissioning and Energy Engineer in 2019. She first joined Baumann in 2012 as a project consultant for energy efficiency and sustainability projects. In 2014, Kindra relocated to Switzerland and worked as a sustainability consultant on LEED project management and commissioning activities for a variety of clients, including local and global companies.

Kindra holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Antonio Jose de Sucre National Experimental Polytechnic University in Venezuela and a Master of Environmental Engineering from The John Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. After graduating from her master program, Kindra had the opportunity to work for the U. S. General Services Administration (GSA) Central Heating and Refrigeration Plant (CHRP). In 2013, Kindra obtained her Certified Energy Manager and LEED AP O&M credentials. With her environmental and industrial background and experience, Kindra pursues to create a balance between the energy challenge affecting our world today, human health and comfort, and the legacy we will leave to future generations.

I enjoy drinking coffee with friends and family, listening to music, singing, dancing, playing board games, and going to church with my family over the weekends.
