Inspired by the bustling atmosphere of Frankfurt’s East Harbor on the Main River, Lindleystrasse 11 assumes a commanding presence in the city’s East End. Standing 7 stories tall and designed to echo the form and texture of shipping containers across the river, the office building designed by architecture firm Meixner Schlüter Wendt makes a colorful and creative nod to its surroundings.
In 2011, Baumann Consulting was contracted by Gross & Partner to serve as the LEED Consultant for Lindleystrasse 11, an office building development located in the heart of Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Baumann worked in close partnership with the owner and project team members throughout the certification process to successfully achieve LEED Gold certification for the project under the LEED for New Construction (LEED-NC) version 3.0 rating system in March 2014. Impressed by the sustainable attributes of the project, Baumann relocated their German office location to the 4th floor of the building in early 2014.
