LIST Develop Commercial GmbH & Co. KG is building a 20-story mixed-use building with a hotel from level 2-9, an office from level 10-17, and retail space and a restaurant on the ground level. The building will be a landmark for the city located near the Bochum Central Station.
Baumann Consulting is providing DGNB consulting services for this project which is pursuing a DGNB New Building 2018 Mixed Use (MIX18) Certification at the Gold level (at minimum).
Baumann was contracted to guide the project team through the DGNB certification process. As the first step, Baumann is evaluating the project to develop a strategy for the Gold certification and potentially Platinum. After determining the certification goal, the requirements that are not yet fulfilled will be communicated with the project team and incorporated into the specifications.
