VIERZIG549, a new city quarter in the Düsseldorf district of Heerdt, is currently under construction. The highlight of this development is a central public green space, surrounded by residential areas.
The project is being carried out in multiple construction phases, and the current phase BT1.3 involves the construction of a residential building with commercial spaces and two beautifully greened courtyards.
Standing at approximately 21 meters tall, the building boasts an elegant and slender bar-like structure. It has a unique S-shape that extends over the property in the north-east of the property mixed area. The ground floor of the building will house a mix of residential and commercial spaces and is largely underpinned by a shared, non-public underground car park.
