Raquel Contreras is an Administrative Project Assistant for Baumann’s Chicago office and a key member of our Operations and Resources Team. In her role, Raquel has become an integral part of the Chicago office and the wider Baumann team through her strong collaboration, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. She works seamlessly with both internal and external teams to keep operations running smoothly, ensuring clear communication and follow-through on tasks. Raquel’s high standards and reliability make her a perfect fit for the Cx Admin role, consistently contributing to Baumann’s ability to ensure high-quality results. Beyond her day-to-day responsibilities, she has significantly enhanced the office environment by organizing events, improving workspace aesthetics, and bringing clarity to team roles, making the Chicago office a more connected and efficient place to work.
