Did you know that almost 40% of Baumann Consulting’s employees are female? They are part of our corporate team as Director of Operations & Resources, Corporate Controller, and Marketing Manager, but also occupy technical positions at various levels from entry to expert professionals, and leading teams.
In honor of Women’s History Month, we want to highlight each of the women in our departments for their dedication to helping strengthen our company as we aim to create a carbon-neutral future. At Baumann, we pride ourselves on the diverse team we have built, our broad perspectives and backgrounds allow for an inclusive and efficient work environment for all. The women at Baumann Consulting fill vital positions needed to help our company function effectively, both on-site and on the technical side.
We would like to highlight the women of our Operations team who provide administrative and operational support to our team of engineers and consultants, as well as the corporate team. We would like to thank Danica Lance, Larissa Seifferer, and Kristiane Nelson for their dedication and efforts in managing the internal operations of Baumann Consulting.
Danica Lance joined Baumann Consulting in 2012, it was intended to be a six-month stint to help us with the implementation of a new ERP system. Now, 10 years later, she is a respected and valued member of Baumann Consulting’s corporate management team who handles and manages the company’s ERP system and HR policies.
Larissa Seifferer joined Baumann Consulting in 2022 as our Corporate Operations Specialist & Executive Assistant to the President & CEO. She has an extensive background in business administration, accounting, and law in both the United States and Germany.
Kristiane Nelson joined Baumann Consulting in 2021 and is a member of our Washington, D.C. office. Kristiane is an experienced accounting manager with over 20 years of experience, in addition being bilingual has helped our company in international accounting-related tasks for our offices in the United States and in Germany.
During my time at Baumann, I have grown and matured into an even stronger woman. Baumann has allowed me and at times forced me to grow into a strong, independent, decisive professional.
