In honor of Women’s History Month, we want to highlight each of the women in our departments for their dedication to helping strengthen our company as we aim to create a carbon-neutral future. At Baumann, we pride ourselves on the diverse team we have built, our broad perspectives and backgrounds allow for an inclusive and efficient work environment for all. Part 4 of our Meet the Women at Baumann series will highlight the women of our Frankfurt office who help provide services throughout Germany. Maha Aldossary joined Baumann consulting in 2022 as a Green Building Consultant with expertise in the DGNB System. She is part of the Sustainability team responsible for green building certifications as well as ESG and EU-Taxonomy consulting for clients and projects.
Atefeh Salehi joined Baumann Consulting in 2021 as a Building Performance Analyst & Commissioning Engineer. She has more than 18 years of experience as an architect and 10+ years of experience in building simulation. She is a member of Baumann’s Building Simulation Committee.
Anna Leich-Hilger joined Baumann Consulting in 2022 as a Team Assistant. She has an extensive professional background in production, sales, customer management, and office management.
