Did you know that almost 40% of Baumann Consulting’s employees are female? They are part of our corporate team as Director of Operations & Resources, Corporate Controller, and Marketing Manager, but also occupy technical positions at various levels from entry to expert professionals, and leading teams.
In honor of Women’s History Month, we want to highlight each of the women in our departments for their dedication to helping strengthen our company as we aim to create a carbon-neutral future. At Baumann, we pride ourselves on the diverse team we have built, our broad perspectives and backgrounds allow for an inclusive and efficient work environment for all. The women at Baumann Consulting fill vital positions needed to help our company function effectively, both on-site and on the technical side.
Part 2 of our Meet the Women at Baumann series will highlight the women of our Chicago office who support our marketing and business development, commissioning, and sustainability teams. We would like to thank Brianna Galvan, Ellen Troyer, and Brenda Villagomez for their diligence and achievements in their work which has helped strengthen not only our Chicago office, but the entire Baumann Consulting team.
Brianna Galvan joined Baumann Consulting in 2020 as a Commissioning & Energy Engineer intern and was later hired full-time as a Commissioning & Energy Engineer. Her focus is on building simulations and providing commissioning services, additionally, she is a member of our Building Simulation Committee.
Ellen Troyer joined Baumann Consulting in 2023 as a Baumann’s Building Performance Analyst / Energy & Commissioning Engineer. She has 6 years of Building Simulation & Mechanical Design experience and knowledge of HVAC systems, eQuest, and IES VE.
Brenda Villagomez joined Baumann Consulting in 2019 and is now the Marketing & Communications Manager for Baumann’s Chicago office and corporate team. She is a Professional Certified Marketer, Certified Digital Marketing professional, and SMPS Member.
