Kudamm N° 195, one of the first projects registered under the LEED v2009 rating system, has achieved LEED-CS Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council under the direction of Baumann Consulting.
Located in the heart of Berlin’s fashion district, Kudamm N° 195 is leading by example on this famous promenade. This innovative project blends the restoration of a historically-designated mid-century modern office tower with the addition of a contemporary low-rise mixed use office and retail building. Congratulations to the entire project team on the success of achieving LEED-CS Gold.
