Baumann Consulting is proud to announce that our project Hafenstrasse 40 in Frankfurt, Germany has been awarded LEED Gold certification. Serving as the headquarters of ABG Frankfurt Holding, this building is built to perform to the rigorous Passive House building performance standard and is the first certified LEED for New Construction (LEED-NC) v4 project in Germany. Congratulations to the entire project team on this outstanding achievement.
