Green Building Consultant Meredith Marsh Earns LEED AP BD+C Certification

Baumann is pleased to announce that Green Building Consultant Meredith Marsh has been awarded the LEED AP BD+C Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.

With this certification, Meredith joins an elite group of green building professionals in the U.S. and around the world who have demonstrated leadership in the field and are active participants in the green building movement who contribute expertise to the design, construction, operations and maintenance of buildings and neighborhoods that save energy, use fewer resources, reduce pollution, and contribute to healthier environments for their occupants and the community.

Meredith joined Baumann Consulting’s Green Building and Facility Management Group as a Green Building Consultant in 2013. In this role, she provides expertise on a range of projects including international LEED certifications, energy audits, building performance analyses and building envelope commissioning (BECx) services. Meredith has presented at various conferences and made numerous media appearances as a subject-matter expert on energy efficiency and high-performance building. Meredith’s skillset includes a variety of green building certification systems and standards, including LEED, Passive House and Living Building Challenge. She is actively involved with Chicago’s green building community, serving on the board of the local chapter of the Passive House Alliance and as a contributor to the local Living Building Challenge collaborative. Baumann congratulates Meredith on her accomplishment and is proud to have her diverse experience on the team.
