We are glad to announce that David Smith, Senior Mechanical Engineer, is the latest addition to our growing Chicago team.
With over nineteen years of experience in the commercial design and construction industry, David’s experience includes designing, selling, managing and commissioning projects ranging in scope from energy-upgrade retrofits in existing facilities to new multi-million dollar hospitals and research facilities. He has served as the principal designer and Engineer-of-Record on a number of projects and thrives at supporting each step of the process, from initial design and cost estimate to construction coordination and project management.
David’s strengths lie in closely collaborating with each member of the project team to best deliver a successful, sustainable, fully-functional project on time and on budget. We are happy to have David’s perspective and experience as an asset on our team.
