As an Expert Energy Engineer, Anis has been instrumental in driving our technical excellence. His leadership in complex energy modeling, support for decarbonization strategies, and client-focused approach make him a vital member of our team. He plays a key role in Baumann’s Existing Building Energy Decarbonization Group, helping us and our clients move toward a more sustainable future.
With over 19 years of experience across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East, Anis brings deep expertise in benchmarking, energy audits, building performance simulations, and compliance documentation. Anis holds several professional certifications, including LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), Certified RETScreen Expert (CRE), and Multifamily Building Analyst (MFBA). As a LEED Accredited Professional, he’s passionate about high-performance buildings and sustainable design.
Fun fact: Anis was also one of our earliest team members; he originally joined Baumann as the fourth employee!
