On April 18, 2025, Anis Ben Ayed, Expert Energy Engineer, obtained the Building Performance Institute’s (BPI) Multifamily Building Analyst (MFBA) certification. This designation signifies that a professional is qualified to evaluate and improve energy efficiency, health, and safety of multifamily buildings. Certified individuals have demonstrated the ability to diagnose complex building systems, identify performance issues, and recommend integrated solutions that benefit both building owners and residents. This certification reflects a high level of expertise in building science and whole-building diagnostics.
