Please join us in welcoming Andrew Silverstein as the new Director of the Chicago office of Ebert & Baumann.
With more than 18 years of experience in the Chicago real estate and construction marketplace, Andrew has been actively engaged in design, project management, construction phase administration and commissioning services for commercial and institutional clients. He has served as the principal designer and Engineer-of-Record of MEP systems including mechanical heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing and fire protection. Andrew’s breadth of project experience includes performance optimization for a variety of building types, including new and renovated museums, airports, data centers, high-rise residential buildings, mixed-use retail developments, corporate tenant interiors, core and shell base buildings, educational environments and government facilities.
As Office Director and Senior Engineer in our Chicago office, Andrew is responsible for the profitability, honesty, integrity, quality and technical development of a multidisciplinary team of professionals. We are thrilled to have Andrew and his expertise on board to support our growing organization.
