This December our own Raghu Sunnam, Building Performance Analyst, presented at the prestigious Building Simulation Conference (BS2015) in Hyderabad, India on the use of Operation Diagnostics in Monitoring & Verification projects. The response was very positive, as industry professionals have a keen interest in learning best practices for meeting the real-world challenges of M&V projects. The Conference’s host city of Hyderabad has been identified by the Central Government of India to be one of 100 “Smart Cities” to be developed in the coming years. As a result of this initiative, most of the commercial buildings in Hyderabad are presently undergoing retrofits, further justifying the need for bilateral knowledge exchange in meeting the demands of a more sustainable future.
