Max Bremner rejoined Baumann Consulting’s Washington, D.C. team as a Senior Energy and Decarbonization Project Manager and Co-Lead of our Existing Building Decarbonization practice area in 2024. With a diverse background that includes roles as a mechanical contractor, MEP engineer, and ESG manager at an international property management and CRE firm, Max brings a wealth of expertise to Baumann Consulting’s clients.

Max holds a bachelor’s degree in Energy & Building Services Engineering from Ostfalia – University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, he is an ASHRAE-certified Building Energy Assessment Professional (BEAP) and holds a LEED AP accreditation from the USGBC in Interior Design and Construction.
