Laurence Lyimo is the Junior Project Controller for Baumann Consulting. With a background in finance and accounting, Laurence works closely with the director of operations to monitor and control projects and ensure that they adhere to the company’s performance indicators.
Laurence joined Baumann as an Operations Trainee in Mid-2023 and transitioned to the full-time role at the beginning of 2024. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) and a Bachelor’s in Accountancy from the Institute of Accountancy Arusha in Tanzania.
Laurence has over three years of experience working in tax advisory services prior to his role at Baumann, where he supported clients in preparing budgets, financial statements, and tax planning. He is fluent in English and Swahili.
