Lacey Lott is a Senior Sustainability & ESG Project Manager for Baumann’s Washington, D.C. office. Her focus is sustainability consulting with an emphasis on green building certifications and ESG strategy. She graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts & Sciences, as well as from Kutztown University with a Master of Business Administration and a Penn State graduate certificate in Project Management. She is an accredited LEED AP O+M, WELL AP, Fitwel Ambassador, and BREEAM USA In-Use Assessor. She was recently recognized in Mid Atlantic Business Journal’s 30 under 30.

Prior to Baumann, Lacey worked in sustainability and energy consulting, providing guidance on ESG initiatives, emissions reductions, green building certifications, mandatory benchmarking and local law compliance, and green energy purchasing via renewables and carbon offsets. She also has expertise in strategic energy procurement that balances energy budget, market volatility, and risk tolerance with a deep understanding of how energy purchases can be applied to achieve ESG objectives.

Outside of work, I enjoy trail running with my Border Collie, growing vegetables and flowers, visiting state and national parks, and any activity that allows me to spend time outdoors.
