You will work on a variety of building services projects as part of an international and interdisciplinary team of engineers, simulation specialists, and architects. Your tasks will include:
- Managing the entire advanced commissioning process, including conducting functional and performance tests for building services (TGA) systems
- Performing energy audits for buildings
- Overseeing commissioning management for construction projects
- Developing energy concepts
- Designing and evaluating sustainable energy supply solutions and building services (TGA) plans for both existing and new buildings, as well as urban districts
- Reviewing third-party building services (TGA) designs as part of technical controlling
- Addressing building services (TGA) criteria for Green Building certifications (DGNB, LEED, BREEAM)
- Preparing reports and documentation in both German and English as part of project work
- Completed technical studies in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) or comparable qualification
- Quick comprehension combined with analytical and quick thinking as well as solution-oriented action
- Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working, ability to work in national and international teams
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Very good software knowledge of the MS Office family
- Experience with the green building certification systems DGNB, LEED and BREEAM is desirable
- Willingness to travel on business
