Danica Lance joined Baumann Consulting in 2012 to implement and maintain Baumann’s ERP System, Deltek Vision. She has 14+ years of experience in ERP systems, operations, and HR. As the HR Manager & ERP Manager, Danica supports employees in their HR needs as well as manages and maintains Baumann’s ERP system Deltek Vantagepoint. This includes the day-to-day operational aspects at Baumann by supporting the President and Executive Management of Baumann Consulting.

Her experience and skills from her Master’s Program in Higher Education and background in education have been beneficial to the company and the implementation of the Accounting, Marketing, and Project Planning modules of Deltek Vision.
